The Elyria City Schools Endowment Funds are used to enhance the educational process and increase student academic achievement.
Teachers and staff of the Elyria Schools may apply for endowment funding by completing an application and budget form.
Grant requests must align with the district's curriculum, tools and technology and may not include transportation, food, clothing or furniture requests.
Endowment funds topping $1 million have been used to support thousands of requests by teachers and staff over the many years the funds have been established.
To request funding, please download the application and return the completed form with supporting documentation to Amy Higgins or Adrianne Scheithauer in the Communications Office.
Recipients of endowment funding are required to complete an evaluation form by the end of the school year in which the grant request was funded.
